1. How to I become a customer of Athens Paper Supply? How do I create an account?
Creating an account on our website is easy...and free! You do not have to create an account to receive an estimate or request for quote. Create an account or if you already have an account, login to your existing account.

2. What are your areas of distribution?
We currently serve all of Athens, Decatur, Madison and Huntsville and the surrounding areas. Check back often, as our delivery area is expanding!

3. Can I call to place an order or qet a quote from APS?
Yes! Call (256) 679-8601 to request pricing or to place an order.

4. How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are made via our truck Monday through Friday.

5. Do you carry additional products not in your online catalog? Can I special order products?
Yes! Our online catalog is a work in progress and we are adding products all the time. Call to get pricing or ask about items not found in the catalog.  If we don’t currently stock it, we can get it!

6. Where are you located? Can I visit your warehouse / distribution center?
We are located at 14647 Cambridge Lane, Suite E, Athens, AL.  Orders can be picked up by appointment. Call (256) 679-8601 to make arrangements.

7. Why don't you have prices on your website?
Pricing is available on the website if you are a registered customer.  See question #1 to find out how to become an online user.

8. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required.

9. What are your terms of sale?
Payment can be accepted on delivery or 30 day terms can be arranged with application.

10. Do you sell to the public?
Yes

11. What is your delivery policy?
Local delivery is always free with no minimum purchase required.

12. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for refund or credit. Merchandise must be in original package and in the same condition it was received.
